How many years experience do you have?
Infinity Tree Services is run by Adam Gowen who has 12 years of experience as an arborist (as at 2019). We also engage other experienced and qualified horticulturists who are highly experienced in the field.

Do I need approval by Access Canberra / QPRC to remove a tree?
Before you remove an established tree, or ask us to do any work that may damage an established tree, you may require approval from your local council.
ACT residents should visit Access Canberra to find out if your tree is registered or regulated. If it is, you may need to complete a form at Transport Canberra and City Services before you call us.
NSW residents (Jerrabomberra, Queanbeyan and surrounds) should visit Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council. You can complete a form on their website or call them on 1300 735 025. -
How do I apply for permission?
ACT residents can complete a form at Transport Canberra and City Services.
NSW residents (Jerrabomberra, Queanbeyan and surrounds) can apply at Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council or call QPRC on 1300 735 025. -
Will you remove all tree debris once the job is completed?
Yes. Our quotes include tree removal and clean up.

How do you ensure the safety of my property?
We are highly experienced in tree pruning, felling and removal. We follow industry best practice, and carry the appropriate insurances in the unlikely event of an incident.
We are also Evoenergy-accredited, so we are trained and certified to work on trees that are near powerlines. -
How many people will be performing the work?
It depends on the size of the job. Most residential work requires 1-2 staff onsite. For larger jobs, a team will perform the work.
